Privacy

This site is run jointly by Nerdoscientist LLC and Amai Consulting LLC. It is a small site about one method, and the privacy position is correspondingly small.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into a poster download form. That’s it. We don’t ask for a name, a company, or a job title, and there is no account to create.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) as part of serving and protecting the site. We use the IP address only to rate-limit the download endpoint against automated abuse.

What we don’t collect

• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags.
• No third-party cookies. No first-party cookies either.
• No data brokers. We don’t buy, sell, rent, or trade email addresses.

The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark preference, kept in local storage on your own device. It never reaches us.

Why we collect it

To let you download the file you asked for, and to know who is finding this work useful. We don’t send email — no newsletter, no announcements, nothing automated. If that ever changes, this page says so before it happens.

Who sees it

Michelle Niedziela and Tian Yu, and Cloudflare, which stores it. There is no mailing list and no email provider. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Once you do, the address is removed rather than suppressed.

Your choices

Ask us and we’ll tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it — no process, no form. Deleting your address doesn’t revoke a file you already downloaded.

Changes

If this changes materially, we’ll say so here and date it. We won’t quietly broaden what we collect.
